Cheapest way to get E4 and Sky One?

I'm currently on NTL analogue and was wondering if it'd be cheaper to switch over to another service such as freeview/freesat/whatever. The only real channels I watch (apart from 1-5 occassionally) are Sky One and E4.
What's the best option to take? What's the cheapest subscription with E4 and Sky One if I go for Sky Digital? I've read that after 12 months you can cancel your subscription but you still the freesat channels for nothing so would it be a better idea to do that?

Well if you don’t mind waiting a bit longer for the Sky One programs then go for a Freeview box, it comes with E4 and a new channel called Sky Three, it has similar programs to Sky One but programs are released a few months after they come out on Sky One and Two
Go to http://www.freeview.co.uk to see if you can get Freeview in your area0
