advice on loyalty re-mortgage with Nationwide

Options
Hi all, I'd appreciate some advice...

my fixed term with Nationwide ends in Dec. I have recently become self-employed, so a normal re-mortgage is not an option... I'm assuming that if I go for a loyalty product with my current lender, then there are no legal / financial changes, other than a new rate ?

also anyone know what sort of deals are possible from Nationwide ?

many thanks, Will

You are correct. The only thing they will take into account when you remortgage is the current loan to value ( from their own indexation)

Look on their website for the existing customer loyalty deals

we have just gone through the same thing with nationwide & for similar reasons and they were great - very helpful - but the loyalty rates have just increased - they do charge an application fee - see website- but no other fees & you can add the application fee to the mortgage.we had to provide id but no evidence of income
