It's got magnolia AND wood floors - can't imagine why it's not selling for £5 million.

    Yes that's it.

Flat A43, 1 Parliament View Apartments
    New build, June 2002, £2.95m

    Returns have not been stellar.

Sales at the end of last year were about 40% above their 2001/2002 price

2006 sales were only 10-15% above their 2001/2002 price.

At £3.5 million she has a nice £500k profit, nearly 20% growth, and a good 2006 price.

She is a greedy foolish woman to demand two million more for it than any other flat in that building has every sold for.

She should accept the £3.5m now, or frankly she'll be lucky to get her original £2.95m back (there is a flat on Albert Embankment up for auction with a guide price of its original 2002 selling price)

Maybe we should offer some advice?

Personally, Im not seeing enough bunches of flowers, or trinkets. Carol you dont want to personalise the property too heavily, but it would be something to make it feel more warm & homely. Carol you might be skint, but have you thought about buying some furniture so the place doesnt totally look like a industrial shell unit.

The bathroom is horrible. Move the bath from right next to the loo.

:o Fair play the views are good though.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

That bathroom - is that white thing on the plinth the most enormous toilet?

The view is lovely - not too keen on the rest, really is a 'blank canvas'. :D
  • it is a funky place, 5m seems a lot
