Good price, and almost the same price as the paints for it now (reminder to self, not great value for decorating smaller rooms!)0

Wish I had seen this earlier this weekend, I need some oak flooring, and although it is a little more than at Makro, at least I can take my time fitting it and take back what is not needed.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Seen it in Torquay - they were doing demos and it looked great! might even tempt me into decorating! nice postJust £10,852.28p to go...

Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if...";
And then do it.0 -
Went into Havant store today....PaintPod was also being demonstrated......didn't want that - they had a lorry in the car park with the loft insulation - got 6 rolls in the car today, by my estimation will need another 4 to top up the loft.What should I put in here that won't upset people.........0

They are very easy to use, I had no problem with ours while five months pregnant too. It's still time consuming to do all the edges by hand (although easier with the triangular brush that comes with it) but after that it's much quicker and easier and less messy.
The only snag is the cost of the paints. If your rooms are small, and you want to paint them all different colours, it works out very expensive and not such great value (it's £30 per colour, or £20 for white and you have no choice but to buy these specific paint containers). It's better value for larger areas though - we did a big room in one colour and still have half the tub left.Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21

I seem to remember a previous thread for these when they were last on offer. Reviews on the net suggest they can be very unreliable with a high failure rate. Apparently Dulux are developing a V2 which may be why B&Q are clearing these.
I personally dont like the rip off cost of the paint which is in more restrictive colours than their main range.0 -
I bought one. I've got a big house with large high rooms and need to paint most of it plus I always intended it to be all the same colour (Jasmine White) anyway, so the Paint Pod seems like a good idea. The worst part for me is the constant climbing up and down to load the roller.
Now all I have to do is some actual painting......!Val.0 -

Have you done the painting yet?
Any good?
I might buy it just to do ceilings (trapped nerve in my neck - collapsed vertebrae -just thinking about ceilings hurts)
HAS ANYONE DONE A CEILING WITH THIS THING?0
