what a strange selection of items this time! Certainly not one of their better Price Crunch offers, in fact I think the offers have gradually been going downhill since they started this.

It seemed such a good idea at first, and it really was when there were useful products in the offers - like the chicken or the sausages, and the various veg that were included previously. Those first few offers certainly drew me in and I spent on other things as a result.

But the last few sets of offers have been getting ever more bizarre and of much, much less interest. So I expect their footfall has dropped again as there's nothing tempting to attract non regulars in.

Crazy! They're not going to encourage new shoppers with offers like this one. Just IMO, of course :o

Whilst i agree this is by far one of the worst offers they have done, it is not affecting footfall, our store are getting loads of new customers in every week, who always complement it, saying it is much better than sainsburys, asdas etc, and just maybe they are saving all the better offers for the run up to xmas, i have seen some of the grocery offers, and i must say there are some crackers, not going to divulge anything now, but all i will say is november the 17th is the date to watch out for;) , Dave

They are not a strange set of items to me- where I come from, as another poster said previously, we eat hot pork pie with mushy peas over and mint sauce, it is delicious and as Morrisons is from the North ( I think??) then maybe this is the reason for the mix.

not a bad guess, not sure when it starts and what the actual products are but i have seen an advertising board for a 1 litre bottle of vodka, and a 1 litre bottle of whisky for £11, so 2 litres for £22, like i say i don`t know when it starts, but as being as we have the board in already i am guessing next monday, when i am in next i will find out the exact brands and post them on here, HTH Dave

I discovered mushy peas late in life.

One of the foods of the gods IMO.
