Interesting thread as I have a tracker rate mortgage.
I`m on one too which is - the BOE rate but don`t know the exact rate. From december it will be 1.09 above the base rate. The difference between the SVR and the rate is what I put away each month to be on the safe side. I can afford a couple of points so I`m not too worried. I have had to pay much higher when the rates were in double figure but I had a very small mortgage then.0
