    You made me sufficiently curious to splash out a whole English pound at Companies House for last year's Director's Report and Financial Statement. That would be last year when everything was rosy, HPI was rampant and recession was something they had back in the bad old days before the end of boom and bust. Anyway, just thought you'd like to know that you are harbouring a few delusions me old cocker.

    Hutchison Ports Uk Ltd is a private company limited by shares with like shareholders and dividends and stuff.

    And they do borrow - in thousands of thousands.

    38 pages of bedtime reading if anyone's interested, all for a pound - excellent value!
