Weekly Spends Thread ~ w/c 26th October 2008

Good afternoon everyone  . This challenge is open to anybody, no matter what financial place they are in.
This challenge basically runs along side the daily spends thread where you post what you have spent daily. However you dont have to be in both to be involved in one. On this thread please post an amount of money you wish to stay below within the week (sunday ~ friday). This can be pennies or thousands it depends on the individual. Then next Saturday report back and pledge for the following week
This is a little bit of fun but for many it highlights the fact that maybe that magazine/chocolate bar isnt needed. Hopefully your spending habits can be changed forever.
Good luck all :j

I haven't joined in for a few weeks, had some major expenditure on the car. I've managed to claw some of it back from ebaying like a mad thing!
I'd like to pledge £5 for this week, it's going to be a very tight month because of the car...Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
Total debt today: £0 - debt and mortgage free 29th November 2013 :T

Hi everyone :hello:
Can I join in please?? I'm new to all this so I'm going to go for £31 pounds please.
I'm including petrol in this because I know I'll need it on Saturday (it's the same every week) but it rarely costs more than £20 to fill my tank now the prices have come down again.
I have £11 in my purse, one night out tomoro but I'm driving, and 4 nights at work so hopefully this will cover the week.
Much Love

Budgetted £6.60 and spent £4.50 in the end...
Gonna really go for it this week as I am brassic til payday and thats nearly two weeks away  so as I still have £2 left from last week, that will be my non-essential spends for this week.
