electric paper shredder

Need to buy an electric paper shredder.
Have always made do with the ones you work by hand but have finally given up as the blades seem to go blunt so quickly.
Looking for an electric paper shredder which shreds the paper as thin as possible. Think I prefer straight shreds to the criss cross shreds, unless someone can advise me I'm wrong to prefer this. Looking for a shredder that will last, hopefully not to big, will shred A4 size paper and is good value for money-not after much I know!!!
Would be really grateful if anyone could advise me where to go to get a good shredder.
Thank you very much for your replies.

Waiting for the arguments about my posting

Go to any stationeries / diy / department store , buy cheapest.
All ((??? ) are suitable for A4 , and if you are not working for MI5 will do the job.
AS to the cut... straight or cross cut , only useful if you have a use for the paper after its been 'destroyed'
Waiting for some one to tell me that a cross-cut is better to hide the infomation. They must have more important details to hide
( or think they do :rotfl:) 0
