    there is a code on the money off voucher ( not sure if I'm allowed to post it, but you can see it on the page)... could you try quoting the code to the person at the ticket office?

    I would doubt it, a reliable source informs me that the coupon needs to be sent away with the banking as this voucher is underwritten by an external company-just quoting the code at the ticket office won't work
