I eventually ordered mine last night but this morning had an email to say the Disney Princess Annuals are now out of print0

i also placed an order last week for a charlie and lola and a pokemon annual, i received the charlie and lola but they now keep emailing me to say that the pokemon is now out of print, what they do not seem to understand is that this was buy one get one free and i have now lost out.
shall have to phone them monday

Have had no trouble so far with using WHSmith.
I ordered a couple of weeks ago and last week... - everything came through with no problems.
just ordered a whole lot more yesterday - I'll let you know if I have a problem...0 -
I had problems ordering too. Took me a few attempts and eventually had to leave it overnight. When it eventually did go through, they sent me an email within hours saying 'sorry we have not been able to dispatch your item yet!'. Hopefully it arrives ok as was taking advantage of the fabulous 20% discount code....0

Just wondered if nilrs got any response about the bogof annuals. I ordered 4 and one is out of print (Thomas). I've emailed but as of yet no response. I haven't had chance to call yet so I just wondered if you or anyone else has has a response?

Just so you know I had an email from them saying if I order another annual they will refund the cost. Seems fair to me.0

I ordered the paint sets reduced by 75% but received two lamps instead. CS very understanding as I wanted them as gifts for christmas so given refund plus allowed to keep lamps0
