AVCs and Civil Service

I have about £11,000 in AVCs through the Civil Service and will have about 23 years service towards my pension when I retire from Civil Service. Can I take the all AVCs as a lump sum or only 25%. Thanks.

Only 25% of the AVCs can be taken as a lump sum. The scheme rules don't allow the lump sum to be taken purely from the AVC fund like some other Final Salary schemes.
