mortgage query

Can any one out there help me with an answer to the following.I have a 29k mortgage remaining to be paid off in 2015.Its made up of 21k interest only and 8k repayments. I intend to try and pay this off earlier and will probably be able to overpay by about £150 per mth.My original thoughts where to make the overpayments to the interest only part but iam not to sure.I have an endowment with st/life maturing in 2015 to cover 25k but this is underperforming and has a surrender value at the moment of £10500.I pay £35 pounds a mth for this.Any thoughts or ideas would be really welcome. Thanks pablo.
