I am probably being a bit premature but I was wondering if anyone had any advice?. My mortgage deal runs out this time next year and my credit report from experian is rubbish. Missed loan payments etc. However this time next year everything going to plan I should only have one loan as I will have paid off the other one and my catalogue, the remaining loan will be paid up to date. I have never paid my mortgage late its with c&g will my previous credit score affect my borrowing with them? Do they do a search if you are an exsisting customer wanting a new deal? Would be nice if my mind could be put at rest or good if I knew what to expect.

If you are staying with your current lender and moving onto a new deal, and not borrowing any extra money, the lender does not normally do any credit checks
