Just a few odds and ends from the local shop, potatoes, milk, fruit and veg etc - total £5.27 - phew! Also had a £2.00 coin in the change so that went straight into the Piggy Bank.

Hey GreenFingers! I also save my £2 coins!!
Today I spent only £1 on 2 tickets for my kids 'winter celebration' evening. (Whatever happened to the good old fashioned nativity play?). Our school is very multicultural which is great but I do miss the nativity
Visited my mum and got given loads of (free) stuff, 3 steaks for tonight, a pair of pyjamas, stuff for the kids stockings, pistachios, dried mint, medicines, underwear from La Redoute that she ordered for me etc!! Also had a wicked breakfast and bought home a bacon sarnie for my lunch!

£2.46 on a sandwich and chocolate bar.
I STILL haven't managed to get into the making of my own lunc but had cereal at work whereas would normally buy something so that's a start.
My excuse at the moment is that I am far too busy getting the house ready for christmas that by the time I'm ready to make sandwiches I'm knackered!I want to be a writer0 -
