bratz tv/dvd combi broke????

we bought our dd the bratz tv/dvd combi last christmas as it was on offer,today i turned it on and it wont even open the dvd drawer,wont load up the dvd or anything
trouble is i havent got the recipt or the box,what do i do?i know it was round december time as we werent going to get her one but this was a bargain,i hope i can sort it out

Our DD bratz combi broke down in feb this year with exact same prob, i bought mine from argos online 4 xmas last year 2 but hadnt kept invoice, i e-mailed customer service and they got back in touch to say they would send replacement and collect the faulty one, when van driver collected he said he had been picking them up all over the place because of same prob with dvd player not working,i have to say the replacement has been ok so far but does make a lot of strange noises ,why dont you email customer services and see what they say its worth a shot:o
