If a lack of vouchers means you don't use them, this can only be a good thing. Awful company with woeful customer service.

I certainly didn't post 250 times, but I have had a forum account there for well over a year so I am entitled to free delivery.:D I also don't think they are that bad with service, I never had a problem with them anyway.
