I signed up for this with the first dvd arriving 16th Jan. Has anyone received their points yet or are they shown seperately when the Feb statement comes? I'm new to all this but already halfway towards a trip to Euro Disney with Grandaughter thanks to you all.

I signed up for the +750 points deal when it came up on 24 November and wrote myself a note to cancel mid-Feb to be safe.

Of course, things don't go to plan and I had a dvd that I had no time to watch but didn't want to send back till I'd made time for it... I checked my dates and thought I'd be okay because I'd cancel and send it back today to arrive tomorrow thus getting out at the last moment rather than the prudent one, with the payment scheduled tomorrow removed.

Unfortunately... cancelling doesn't count till the discs are already back. When I went to the page it sternly told me that unless the dvd was going to arrive back with them today I would be paying tomorrow - so why not stay another month.

I do feel an idiot for not having taken in the small print or given myself more breathing space - but also a little angry that while it is stated that discs must be returned, it isn't clear that this should be by the day before the new cycle.

It must be virtually impossible to use the 14 day trial which has the same rules.
