Ah but Sunk a SHED is usefull a shed load of gucci shoes is not, you can only wear one pair at a time!!:rotfl:
Believe me I am worried to an extent as I have NOTHING to say where 54 K went, I can list things but dates .. give me a break it was 1998 ti 2004, but the OR may not see it like that.. he may think well this lady must have had a shedload of a good time.. holidays, boob jobs (NO I aint had one before anyone asks!:rotfl: )
I just think my reply to this OP would be use what you HAVE to and ONLY what you HAVE to.
As said Harrods give them a miss as well.. it is about being sensible, was I in 2004 no I was stupid enough to carry on robbing peter to pay paul and mary.. and I have no excuse on it, I was in a mess, and tried hard with the IVA it failed... does that make me a failure, no.. as coming here gave me something of a perspective on life, I am not alone, there are more and more people out there, and not all of them are reckless jerks, they are human beings gone the wrong route.
Did the OR want the shed as an asset!:rotfl:Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0 -
:rotfl:
The OR's not having my shed! lol
Me & my partner were having words about BR, things were getting stressful so I bought a shed & told him that is where he would be living if he carried on.:DBR 08/05/2008

:rotfl: Now listen Sunk you have to understand I have flu, I have a cough, and feel like Sh!te.. and you just made me laugh and I choked so can I now sue you please:D
AS I said a shed is useful, hope your OH did not have to find out how useful in living in it!:rotfl:
I think one of the nicest things I found here in June was that people still laughed when you reach an all time low you think laughter died, but it does not you just have to find it again, and move on, do the things you need to do, if that means BR so be it, and then take a hold of your life and change it, no good being back in the same place in 2,3,4,5,10 years time, I know I will not be, and sadly some are.
Wednesday was the start of my new life, and no one is gonna take that away from me, unless I am stupid enough to take it away from myself which I wont be.
I can say that my overdraft OP was to the limit in 2005 I was told by the IVA people to make sure my wages never hit the account as it was not going be good if they did, another point the OR may want to know about, but I had to fed my son, pay the rent, council tax, water, gas, electric and get to work.. and I went on their advice, I felt dreadful as I had banked with Barclays for 18 years but when needs dictate you do what you are advised or need to to live. Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0 -
rite i bloody missed all this was on the phone lol....
was planning a lil food shop and my lil boy is 7 nxt week and i havent got him anything yet so was hoping to get a couple of things in for him...wishful thinking maybe : (
o and as for overdraft we are way over our limits.....please please tell me this will be included in the BR ????0 -
Yes it will be included in the BR as long as it is before the date of BR.
Any bills before BR that are in arrears will be included, with some exceptions I think being fines.. not sure on that one.
Okay son of 7 what were you going to buy him, can you get it second hand cheaper, try ebay. Make him a cake its cheaper, have a few little mates round go to tescos and buy half price hot dogs and give them those, they will love you for it.. you have to now economise, no Maccy Ds parties they are way to expensive.
What is your son into, what does he like most as I am sure you can find things you can get for him that will not cost you an arm and leg.
Oh and I hope the phone call was a free ONE..Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0 -

hell hath no fury like a scorned woman with the ex`s credit card:D
as I was about to start a new job I treated myself to a new haircut and make up and a pair of shoes....
and he "treated" me to some cushions for my couch such a generous man hehehe
and he can explain his large blowout at Tescos when he goes BR on Nov 12th it was a cheap price to pay for me helping him fill in his BR forms
