IVA practitioner making us bankrupt
Comments

Hi and thanks for the replies.
The IVA company said £22k after we aksed for a settlement figure when the housing market was at it's highest early last year. It may have come down by then but cant see it being very much.
It is both my husband and myself being made bankrupt - from what we know the IVA company are sending the failure of the IVA documents and are then filing for bankruptcy - this is what we are lead to believe.
I am 90% certain that at the moment there is only £7k in this property - to keep the house w ehope the prices are slightly off - us figuring that it costs to sell the house so some losses would accrue then.
I just want to know babout our house as soon as possible.
We don't need this stress let alone at this time in our pregnancy but then don't want it landing on our door when baby is newborn!
Does anyone know how quickly all this stuff happens,
The failure of the IVA paperwork is supposed to be in the post!0
