ive just been on website but cant see anything relating to this? If this is correct Ill be knocking on currys door in the morning

Wow. If it is correct then this is great. Be a fab barter tool to use to get another free Sky + box for the other room from Sky.

I asked in Currys today and he said it was £150 for sky+ box and £60 installation for existing customers, he did say that an offer had just finished which included a free sky+ box and £30 installation.

Why do they never advertise these great offers :mad: I really want sky+ but am getting nowhere fast!

£150 for sky + and £60 installation??? you sure about that as you can get a sky hd box £75 and £30 installation if existing customer or just £75 for the hd box if your a new customer.

Currys Digital in Basildon has large posters up advertising Sky+ for £49 but only for new customers.

I have cancelled sky the other day, it is getting cancelled on the 20th of november, does anyone know if they will phone me to stay with a good offer?

Yes it was definitely that expensive, he did mention they had a better deal on sky hd, but i'm not interested in that just sky+.

Can i ask the original poster when they managed to get the offer on sky+.

I got free Sky Plus Box and Free installation but I am an existing customer with Sky Broad band, Sky Talk and digital TV. I threatened to leave and was offered free box with installation charge.After haggling got free box and free installation.


Few days later got the same deal for my parents after Sky obtained their authority to speak to me!!!

do you mind me asking the reason you gave them for leaving? i currently have phone, broadband (and basic tv in bedroom) with virgin, and full sky package. i want to put it all on sky and want sky + but am rubbish at haggling!!
