ah well u know Jim, Chrismas is here lol, i got down to 14 4 but i have gained 6lbs in the last 6 days but after sat i don't have anymore nights out till xmas so am alright and then i will just be chilling and not spending money and being constrained over xmas. But if i can stay under 14st 10 on the 3rd jan i will be a very happy guy.
I just got back from playing table tennis any my team got stuffed 7-3 in games but i won 2 of my singles! so it wasn't to bad.
Got my appraisal with my Regional manager tomorrow and manager and unless i put my foot in it on friday at the staff do i should be pretty sorted. No payrise thou unless i get a promotion but we will see!
No women knocking my door down but thats alright i can't afford one at the moment lol, oooh thats reminded me of a quesiotn that has been burnning...

Will Just seen this thread, sorry mate didnt even see it while popping into the Debt free wannabe board. Yeah things are ok with me as well, although the gym has been missed a bit this week as ive been twice, been out doing christmas things, i.e. round to friends houses, etc, etc lol
think im going to try for other jobs att my place as ive been in the same job now for 2 years and i think i need to go for promotion as to pay off more on my debts.
no women knocking on the door for me either, and ill have to say the same as u i cant afford one lol although it would be nice to have one.....
