Comet - games reduced but not stickered in store

If you are in a Comet check out these games.
They have a lot reduced but not everyone is stickered so just get them to scan it and check.

I asked at the till about reduced games and he called them up on his computer and he could see if they had them in stock.

Known games reduced but not all marked down probably reduced in all formats:

PS2 Sega Superstars tennis was £4.99 but comes up on till £2.99

Saga Rally £9.99 - not sure which format
Singstar Solus £9.99 - not sure which format
PS3 Buzz Quiz TV without buzzers £9.99 - may be available on line collect in store
PSP Sonic Rivals 2 £4.99 - some online availability
PS3, 360 Incredible Hulk £9.99 - some online availability
PS3 Iron Man £4.99

Report of a managers special 1 shop only, so check if you store has a special on;

Today I got in store
Wii Emergency Heroes sticked £19.99 but now £9.99, nice guy on desk checked his computer and told what cheap ones they had in stock.

They still had 1 Kung Foo Panda Wii on shelf which will be £9.99 when scanned but not stickered - (weston-super-mare)

i just called up comet and spoke to a guy and he said that they have no reduced prices on xbox 360 games at least...maybe i need to just go in store but surely this guy would know?

These reports are now from more than 1 store, think you just have to take a chance and go in and see what they scan at as the stickers aren't right.

Someone also said all PS2 games are 97p in store

Very much confirmed - xbox Beijiing 2008 £2.99 PS3 £4.99

PS3 £4.99 - some are £9.99 however - mixed reports

been having a great day at pc world getting them to price match

got haze for the ps3 from pc world for £1,50 as it was £40 but with price match and 10% difference only bought it to p ***o** the manager, great watching his face

also got perfect dark, sega tennis, fuzion frenzy 2 , crackdown for x box 360 and destroy all humans for the wii smackdown 08 for ps3 all price matched at pc world plus 10% of the difference

all in all paid £23 in total


plenty left in newcastle branch

Good for you, its a nightmare to get them to commit to a price match. I spent 20 mins on the phone before only for it to be denied because they could deliver it quicker?! :mad:

Just bought Ratatouille & Wall-E for the DS for the total sum of £14.99! Bargain! Now just gotta decide whether to give them to my 5yr old niece for Xmas or keep them for myself!! lol!
