Cheapest USB Power Adapter?

Hi,
Where can I get the cheapest "USB Power Adapter" (looks like a UK plug, but at the back you have a USB Socket, which you can plug/slot in a USB cable).
It'll be for powering both a UK Mobile Phone and a UK iPod.
