Open Market Home Buy Scheme - Mortgage advice

Hi,
I have been offered an Open Market Home Buy loan by the government scheme Moat. I have put in an offer on a property and had it accepted. The estate agents are able to grant me my mortgage but I wondered what my other options are? I know I am not able to take up just any mortgage.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Gemma

Thanks for your help. Ward & Partners mortgage advisor wasn't the most helpful chap to assist me in looking elsewhere - I suppose that is his job.
Thanks for the link to the site but I still can't find assistance in knowing what sort of mortgages I can apply for.
Thanks though

Do you have a deposit, If you did not like the advisor, find another - who is a bit more helpful -0

No deposit, but Moat's money acts as a deposit, so that is not a problem.
I do however have the savings required for the purchase.0 -

Open Market Home Buy Scheme/MOAT This is a a government-led initiative!! No deposit & also they have there only panel of advisors who clients are referred to...0 -
I would go and see Abbey or Nationwide, both allow you to buy 100% of your share, and utalise the Moats money as a deposit - This does appear to be something a local professional advisor would be able to assist you with.
Hope this helps.0 -
Feisty1 - whilst you provide a useful link, try reading the wording - Clietn can choose own advisor if they wish, but does have to speak to!!0
