Free Crown Paint samples

Someone has problerly already done this link, but just incase here goes ..... www.crownpaint.co.uk are giving away 5 free paint samples of your choice....:T
then go to the top navigation bar and click on Colour ranges, this takes you to a page with interactive colour charts, play around with colours, and they even show examples of rooms so that you can see how they look in both natual and artificial light, there is also suppose to be a facility to upload your own pictures, but i have not found out how to do that yet :rolleyes:

these are just bits of card with the paint on, not normal tester pots.

They are accurate though, and easy to take with you to match other furnishings with. I used my spare ones for making birthday cards!!

Welcome by the way Maria.

Good first post, but don't want you to be disappointed if you were expecting 5 little pots to arrive. I'm sure plenty of other people will have ideas for using the spare cards once they have picked their colour. In fact, I'd be interested to hear what they are being used for.

They are paint samples, not just pieces of card with the colour on.

It says "real paint samples, delivered to your door"

In that case I apologise. Maybe they changed it after complaints last time. I know a lot of people on here were disappointed when they only got the cards. Personally, I was chuffed because I would only have painted a bit of card with it anyway, so it saved me the trouble.

I hope you are right and I am wrong. It does happen sometimes:eek:

IIRC, it's always said 'real paint samples delivered to your door', and they are 'real paint samples' painted onto 'real card'. I've had them too and I found them more useful than little pots of paint.

Thanks Bargain. And don't worry about it, we all fell for it too. They were quite sneaky wording it like that.

Keep us up to date on anything else you find, sometimes the deals really are as good as they sound.

And if you are using the cards for craft stuff, don't think you can keep sending off for five different ones each week. They keep tabs on how many you have ordered (not sure if it's name or address they go by) and limit it. I think it's 5 every 3 months, but it could be every 6 months.
