Hi, I have a Pinecone question.
I was recently accepted onto the panel Yayy! I have completed my first survey, came just before Xmas and I have just tried to log on to see if it has gone through ok, and when I might get paid, but..
How do I log on? I don't remember setting up an ID or password. The ID and Password I got for the survey don't work now so what can I do?
I have read all the emails they sent me and I can't see anything - or I am I being thick?

was that your assessment survey? cause i had one but it's not a true survey and you wont have access yet if so... if not, then im talking rubbish lol!On the up

I got it to work at last, must have been some kind of website error cos I copied and pasted the ID and password from the email. Anyhoo it has registered my £3 so I suppose I wait for it to come? Do the LVs get posted to me? How long does this usually take?

The vouchers come from abroad and normally take around a week - im guessing more over the xmas/ny break0

I seem to be having a few problems logging onto the website with the user id and password, I've been a member for quite some time and not sure what has happened. I get a message to say my user id is not valid, has anyone else had this problem?0
