Hi all,
Ive been lurking in the background of this forum for a while now and finally decided to add my first question! so here goes.
What im looking for is an alternative to my regualr evening desert........(a bar fo chocolate) for something healthier, but not just a fruit salad as through the day i would generally eat 2 apples, 2 plums, 1 pear, and a banana so consume enough fruit.
What do you think you could come up with?
