If you have BIKE magazine and want to order by post the coupon is on page 54 otherwise you need to order by phone:-

Call 01624 640000 quoting BIKE offer 3782 and give your credit card details (it says no charge made until despatch). The offer classifies this as free and you pay £1.95 for postage and packing. Can't see any link for a website so it looks like it's either a mail-in from the magazine or a phone call.
