    I also got a shaking box and a technical hitch - I am so disappointed, I thought I had won

    The last few times I've tried I got a technical hitch too.

    Under the FAQs there's a number you can ring if there are problems (although I've not bothered myself).

    Question 2 mentions crashes during the game. The answer says: "Don't worry we record everyone's details when they enter at the start of the promotion..." So they should know that you've had a problem, although whether you'll get anything out of calling I'm not sure.

    yes mine did that too... i thought id try and contact them to say that it wouldnt let me play again but cant find a number...

    I just went to play and was told I had already won and to be fair I cant play again, which is great except I never saw any win and also I keep getting that annoying glitch thing. Maybe I did win, so I am emailing to find out. boooo, I could do with some chocolate.
