    ok any advise on what to do. I won a choc pack last week but never put in any details to claim it because i wanted to carry on and try for a wii. but now when i try to log in and play it tells me sorry you have already won and wont let me play again. what shall i do i never claimed it.

    Try sending them an email saying your PC siezed up and kicked you out before you had a chance to input your details. You normally get an email sent to you to confirm your win.
    If at first you don't succeed try, try, try again.
