Hi every one
currentlly putting a mortage through with IF and having a few problems its been 5weeks in the application process an agreement in principal has been wrote up and sent through, had a few problems with tax credits getting paid manualy at the moment so not easly traceable. but now after we have paid out for the surveyor they have pulled out becuase our critera doesnt fit, but they wont tell us what part of critera we dont match. so if anyone with experience with IF could enlighten me to thier application criteria would be much appreciated

Have you asked the question direct.. as in what part of the criteria don't we fit? .........and did they reply ..we wont tell you?0

Sadly they dont have to give you a reason, BUT most would offer an explanation
on affordability
credit scoring
suggest you obtain a experian report
etc
Can you think of any reason? Did you need tax credits for income multiples?0 -
my brother is a mortage advisor hes sorting it all out for us, recentlly changed companies but they dont know why they have turned us down at last minute for no reason at all,
we passed affordability and both our credit scorings are good,
really really confused0 -
very odd if they didnt inform the advisor
also
you have said for no reason at all
must have been a reason, lenders dont just say no thks
(altho it may feel like that at the mo for some of us)0
