Free House Price Info

Based upon info from another thread i thought id start a new one so everyone got access to the information.

You can find out how much any house in the UK has sold for on.....

https://www.rightmove.co.uk
https://www.nethouseprices.co.uk

You dont need to register - on rightmove, go to House Prices and type in the postcode (or first part of the post code to get the streets in the area you're looking for) and then click on the road name.

Hope this helps :):j

And of course you could register with upmystreet. There are quite a few ways of finding out house prices, which we use for comparables on a day to day basis.
My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.

I sense a hint of sarcasm.
Perhaps you could save the inconstructive comments - this is a place for helping people, not being an !!!!.

People are not happy about your post, because on the same board as you posted this, there is a STICKY with all this information:

£1000 of Free House Price Information Each

You joined only yesterday, judging by your posts, and you didn't even bother to check the information already provided! One would have thought, that being an EA you would have time to check what you are posting first...

As moanymoany pointed out - propertybee is excellent. It provides up to date info on properties that are currently availavble at rightmove. One point to remember is that its only compatible with firefox.
Run a search on the forums within this website or check out this link:

For anyone who is currently looking to buy - this is the holy grail...
