claiming back all your credit agreements

hi all,
just heard of a company called OURLIBERTYCCS who claim they have a 90odd% success rate at claiming back unenforcable credit agreements.

seems a bit too good to be true

anybody have any info on this company and if they are kosha?

If the loans are Unenforcable how come they only have a 90odd% success rate?

I know a method of writing off your debts that's 100% guaranteed - pay them back as per the terms of the agreement rather than looking for ways out.

why is it every other thread on this board is asking the same thing over and over again?, don't people read the other threads and can't we get all these threads merged into one???

I agree Andy. I've been lurking for a while and can't believe that people are unable to see through this latest ambulance chasing scam. A bit of simple research and common sense is all that is needed to get the true idea on what these so called 'debt-buster' companies are about.
