Our dishwasher just died on us but as its only 2 years old we would like to try and fix it rather than replace.
Every number i have phoned wants a call out fee and huge labour charges.
does anyone know of anyone in the EK area??

If you change your mind about repair Argos has good offers on dishwashers just now. Don't know anyone who doesn't go call out charge.

Elaine, I think that I'd be arguing with the vendor that a dishwasher is expected to last more than 2 years - Sale of Goods Act.requires goods to last a reasonable time bearing in mind price paid.

can recommend the domestic appliance doctor in EK. number in the papers (or ask and I'll post it). Yes, there is a call out charge for dishwashers but he is very reasonable. I've used him half a dozen times for various things. Top class service.
