P87 how long to return?

Hi,
I sent my P87 form away in June. The IR sent me a letter 5weeks ago asking for dates I commenced employment with my current job and how I calculated my mileage. I sent them they information they asked for plus a copy of my P60 and a copy of one of my company mileage claim forms but I have heard nothing back yet.
Has anyone else had this happen? How long will it take for them to get back in touch?
Any information would be great;y appreciated.
