Seeking a 85% LTV Buy to let remortgage?

Options
I know it's a silly queston, but are there any reasonable mortgages out there?

    There are mortgage out there

"Reasonable" depends on what you are looking for

Lending on BTLs is getting a lot tighter as rental coverage is difficult to get in most cases

I would suggest speaking to a whole of market adviser to see if they can find a deal that suits.

I struggle to find a 85% BTL re-mortgage that fits (and that is on LTV alone)!. Good luck.

Agreed - Some BTLs set up two years ago at 85%LTV, will now potentially be over 85%LTV, as property values have come down, and will therefore now be outside of criteria for a re-mortgage.

I presume the next threshold is 80% are there any decent deals there either?

Yes - again there are plenty deals.

You just need to see if you fit the criteria of the deals you like
