I'm not a happy piggy at the moment either. I bought travel insurance through them and copied and pasted the confirmation that my piggypoints have been awarded, they hadn't so I emailed them and copied and pasted the message in the email. Got a reply from Rachel today saying:

Thanks for your mail.

When you purchase through the link on the Ace offer page, PiggyPoints are credited within 24 hours of the transaction.
The purchase is completed on the Ace site so I don't how or where you saw that message on Pigsback.com.

I checked the delayed PiggyPoint credits and I'm afraid there is no record of the purchase originating from your account, through Pigsback.com.
This is why your Points have not been updated.

So at some point in the purchasing process something has gone amiss it seems.

Unfortunately without this recognised as coming through the offer page no Points can be added to your account.

I am kind of wondering what the correct answer to the Christmas Quiz is going to be when it is fixed -- as -- AFAIK no one is expected down the chimney on the 22nd Maybe its just in my wacky world - but Santa always came down the chimney on the night of the 24th

Been there sooo many times :rolleyes: I will now only ever use shop & earn for cdwow as that is the only one I know will work. Oh well in the end they will be the ones who lose out!
