Hi all,

I keep getting this email from Lemon loans (see below) and wondered if any of you knew if they are a genuine company? I'm guessing its just a scam to get my personal details!

Thanks in advance

Matt

  • i also received this email back in october and thought it was too good to be true, with all these fee charging companies i thought it was just going to be another one of them. I wanted money for the kids christmas presents so i applied not thinking much would come of it, they didnt charge me and a few weeks later i got my 3000 loan which i applied for.

i did do background research and they are a limited company and have licences with the office of fair trading and the data people, im alot more debious now as ive been stung in the past. :p

would definatley recommend them to anyone who is struggling to get a loan as i did from struggling with money problems from a previous relationship left me with a recked credit file. would have left feedback on there website, they dont have anywhere but found this instead. Hope they are able to help you as they did me. thumbs up :T
  • Post count .... wait for it ..... 1

Nice advertsing ploy for a sub-prime secured loan or broker company.

Just like Mr toupee man, I would never have spotted it. Totally undetectable.
I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

However, I have since seen the light.

Yes, looks like Lemon Loans are for real. A real 24.9% APR.

    Shark alert!

Personaly I wouldn't go anywhere near this company.

    Suck it and see ;)

    Sorry - couldn't resist
    Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac ;)
  • They're only brokers, so they're only offering to search the market for you.

All I would comment on is that they say they don't charge a fee, something most other brokers do.

    I have a cunning plan!
Proud to be dealing with my debts.

  • Just receive a letter from EXPRESS FINANCE saying my personal loan application has been provisionally accepted.

    Errr. what application?!??

did some research and found this website by googling this email: expressplc@aol.com

So looks like its all one (dodgy?) company,
    expressfinance .biz
    and
    expressfinanceloans co uk

I'd just really love to know how they got my name and address, and how they have the cheek to write to me!
