Can anyone give me some advice please?!
A few years ago I had an account with fashion world catalogue and paid it off in full, then decided to order a few bra’s totalling no more than £50. when I did this they created a new account so I had 2 accounts!? I was unaware of this until now when I get a letter saying I owe them £400!!!! On the unpaid account that I got the bra’s on!
I thought I had paid it off as my account (the first one) is clear! Is there anyway I can try and get the charges dropped and only pay the initial cost of the items?

Have you been receiving bills or letters chasing the monies owed on the second account?
Have you spoken to Fashionworld at all about these charges? Sounds like a clerical error their end to me and you shouldn't have to pay the charges.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712
