list of secured creditors

Just going through my 6.28 forms in prep for BR appointment tomorrow and have just realise i've left the addresses of my creditors blank- am i supposed to put the address of the branch i applied in or the address of their head offices? The guidance notes don't state which is needed.

(fingers crossed, i'll be BR in 10 hours- give or take:j )

  • I`d be tempted to put the head Office addresses....get on & Google them. The OR letters will need to go to HO anyway.

BTW......good luck tomorrow....hope you`re not clock watching Honey!!

    Take care, Angiexx

Trying not to watch the clock :)

If the debt has been taken over by a debt recovery team (or whatever they call themselves) do i put their address or still the address of the bank that i made the debt with?

    Thanks for the luck

I've just seen something else i've left blank...

current or last income tax reference number

I'm not currently employed (employment ended march) so i obviously don't have a current one but do i need to put the last 1 down and where would i find it? (and do i need to include the address of the tax office?)

    MummyHol,
Just put the most recent number you have on the form. You'll find it on your last tax bill (if self-employed) or on your last payslip, I think. (Sorry - I'm a bit vague about payslips as I'm SE and have never had one!) I don't think you'll need to include the address of the tax office unless you are specifically asked to do so.
    All the best
    Lily

EDIT: Dalip is right. Put the address and name of the company with whom (which?) you originally took out the loan/card.

I've just had a look at some wage slips and can't find it- it dosn't even appear on last years p60 (i didn't get 1 this year because i left before the end of the tax year)
  • Hi, Tax office address & ref will be on last P60 ( you will have recvd that after you ceased your last employment).

In terms of address & name of companies....put down what you have & where you dont know address then go for Head Offices....ie for example - Barclaycard, Northampton.

Thats all you can do. Is the form done now? Are you ready for tomorrow?

Edit Oh you`ve looked at P60. What about employment contract?

Not at all ready- well just a little frightened and i can't decide what to wear (the billion dollar question with no answers lol)

The only thing left on the forms is this tax reference number which now it seems stupid that i didn't sort before because i'm going to have a hell of a time finding that p60 (that i don't even remember receiving). Looks like i'm in for a fun night

TBH the only things i have from my old employer are 2007's p60, a few wage slips and the correspondance during my application for part-time hours which was declined. This is not good
