Can't help with the online forms but someone will be along who can.

No you are not exempt from council tax though if you are in arrears the arrears will be included in your BR

The tax thing is you will recieve a Nil Tax code sometime after your BR, the tax will then appear in your pay packet, you put this to one side, DO NOT SPEND IT, the OR's trustee will then be in touch and ask you to set up a DD to pay it to them.

    Nil tax (NT) coding/IPAs (MSE)

Please make sure you get professional advice from one of the debt charities such as National Debtline or CAB before you go BR. You will be asked if you have and your BR may be delayed if you haven't.

Have a read of the thread at the top of the board entitled Bankruptcy Help, especially the first post, as there is lots of useful information and links on it.

Not looked at or used the online forms myself, but if there really isn't enough room to put what you need it should provide you with a Section 13 for further info when you save/print them.

That section can be used to add in by hand any relevant info that either wouldn't fit or there wasn't a place for. If not then you can attach your own page if you need to.

You will have a chance to give the OR further info if not anyway. Most people have to clarify many points on the forms in an interview.

Okay will look at your SOA when you put it up.

Online forms, well I did use them so know what you mean.

Which sections are you having problems with, as my memory is pretty good as it is only4 nights ago I completed them I went BR on Wednesday.

On the SOA part if you mean the bit at the bottom, where it gives house/life insurance I can talk you through that, it took me flaming ages to work out but I got there.

If the car I can talk you throught that as well. And the bit on other monies received as that is one place they have not allowed any room for things.. but I did mine and the judge actually commended me on it being one of the best he had seen in a very long time, had he seen me the night before pulling my bloody hair out he would not have thought that I am sure!!

Lets deal with your SOA first though ,and the lovely part of the online forms you save them and go back time after time, you can change things leave parts incomplete AND leave anything out it will flag it up in red to you!
