Urgent help! Trying to find postal details for my DMP... why can't I find addresses??

It says the addresses should be on the statements...

I have an additions statement, the only address on it is a registered office, or payment department one.... do I use the second?

Also I've printed my egg card statement off and can't find an address anywhere... and I've had to print my hsbc one off as they appear to not bother posting one and I still can't find an address!

The only one I think I can help you with is the Egg one. I too had to print my statement off. I searched for ages on the internet and finally found an address. I'm sending my CCCS form and postal order to:

Egg Card Services
Riverside Road
Pride Park
Derby
DE99 3GG

I'm sure if it's the wrong department they will be able to forward it to the right place.

Oh, and I would send the Additions one to the payment department.

I've decided to send postal orders for my £1 token payment (my DMP doesn't start until 1st December so this is the "holding" payment). I don't want to send cheques because they would be from my new bank account, and one of my creditors for 2 debts is my old bank. I don't want any of my creditors knowing where my new bank is. The next payment they get will be direct from CCCS.
