Best deal mobile broadband + netbook/lappy?

I was just looking at the vodafone dell inspiron mini offer (netbook free, £30 contract for 2 years, 3GB limit) and it got me thinking about my DD1's xmas, I was already thinking about getting her an eeepc but now there's so ,uch more choice!!
Can anyone recomment me a good deal on mobile broadband and a decent netbook or small laptop I can get her? SHe would prefer a pink one, and I would prefer if I can get one less than £250
Are there any other broadband + netbook package offers around?
