Santas Grottos?

Last year Bloomfield shopping centre had a 'wandering Santa' who give presents out to the kids at no costs which was great from a parents point of view lol. However, this year we have decided on the grotto near Templepatrick for the sheer magic factor (I hope)The shinbone is a device for finding furniture in a dark room.:TBig thanks to all competition posters:T0

Was I the only lunatic who took their kids into Belfast to see santa arriving in Castle court yesterday? I arrived at about 11.50 and got to the grotto to be told by an elf that Santa was getting there at 1, the place was insane so I went and found a nice quiet place to hide for a while, got back to Royal Avenue at 12.35 and had missed the blooming parade! Not impressed. I did head back into CC and lifted my youngest out of her buggy to see Santa at the grotto (not insane enough to join that queue) he spotted her and waved, she was absolutely thrilled so it wasn't a completely wasted trip. He looks very good - I think its his own beard.Norn Iron Club member 273:beer:0

The one at Donegore is great, good value for money, there's a bit of queueing when you get there but it's so well organised you don't notice.
Someone mentioned to us that Streamvale Farm was good at Christmas, anyone been there ? Had a look at the website and no mention of Santa but that's not really a problem as dd is terrified of him anyway !0 -
