Half Way to Debt Free - Struggling

Hi everyone this is the first time I have posted on here but I have been reading for a while.
I am on a 5½ year debt free plan with CCCS, who have been excellent. I am about 2 years and 10 months into the plan but find I am struggling a little, mentally not financially.
There are things in my home that are starting to need replaced, ie threadbare carpet and rattling washing machine :-( I cant get credit cos my credit rating is shot and I dont have enough spare cash to save. I have been so used to using credit to buy whatever I needed I am now struggling with not being able to go into currys (or wherever) and ordering a new washing machine :-(
I was over £32,000 in debt at the start of my plan and currently it is down to just over £15,000. I know that is a huge achievement, I just think I am having the half way blues, my debts dont seem to be reducing at the moment.

Definitely cannot recommend Freecycle enough.
We got a lovely TV for free a year ago and it's fab and was just collecting dust by a lovely couple who had no use for it.
I've seen both washing machines and carpet on my local Freecycle.
It's a fabulous site and really helps those out who are struggling financially but still need the basics to get by.Thrilled to be DEBT-FREE as of 26.03.10
Hubby DEBT-FREE as of 27.03.15

Thank you all!
I have never heard of Freecycle - I will definitely check it out.
I dont really want to reduce my payments as that just extends the length of my payment plan.
Thank you all again. Jax0 -
