Loosing my rag with CSA

I am not sure how much longer i can keep a lid on it with the CSA, i ring every month for an update, have complained 3 times via a letter, 8 times vie e-mail made one request for compensation and one request for an advanced payment...... in 6 years

Total of replies to letter = 0

My case finaly got passed to enforcment after 3 years of being lied to, i was lead to believe it was passed in june 2005, then jan 2006 but the actual passing date was feb 2008!

I have given them all the info they need to find him, i have always had to do the pushing but its like no one knows what the hell is going on! It went to enforcment in feb bailiffs were instructed but it was returned after a week as they could not pinpoint an address and passed to the legal enforcment team who 6 weeks ago assured me they would freeze his bank account as it came up on a search...rang today and they had great news!

They found a bank account and would apply for it to be frozen! i knew this 6 weeks ago.

3 months ago they sent me a new payment schedual due to start 2 weeks ago, no money arrived (not that i was expecting it but they must have caught up with him as they had calculated his new CM of £26 without arrears) yet they never applied a DEO so he has moved jobs again:mad:

I actually ended up in tears on the phone, it's so frustrating when they have had my case for over 6 years (lost the first case which went on for 15-18 months) and the current case has a 2 year gap of work history which they still have not pieced together yet have decided that his overall debt is just 3k now- £500 a year!

My mp has been contacted numerous times but never replies.

Should i just accept my daughter will never see any of this money owed to her?

If you can, go and sit in your MPs office. Do not move until he's got off his backside and done something.

    No !

I like the suggestion about sitting at the MP's office tho - make sure you take butties and a flask

seriously, you really have to persist (I know, it's easy for me to say)
