A till spit is the same as a pinky, except it's printed on a receipt rather than an actual voucher. You can get them from SS tills or some manned tills give them out instead of pinkys.

The reason why everyone talks about both of them is that they have different barcodes, so can be combined together for £10 off No7/R&M.

A till split (or spit) is a voucher that is printed by the till.
Some stores give out a pinkie, others give out the equivalent of a pinkie as a till spit. The barcodes on the pinkies and tillspits are different so SA willing they can be used together in one transaction to get £10 off.

A till spit is exactly the same as a pinkie, but the more modern tills and the SS tills issue them after the receipt. The first few times I thought it was just an extra receipt thingy and threw them away without looking :eek:. I have learnt my lesson now

Just an idea but if I was to buy a FCUK weekend kit bag for £14 and two other £12 gifts as part of the 342 and then hand over the half price voucher from the mens mag making the bag £7 would it then be seen as the cheapest item making it the freebie so you pay £24 or would it already be seen as one of the expensive items so you would pay £19 in total??????????
