Just received an email to say that the ghd's I ordered have been cancelled as they are out of stock yet they are still showing as being available online. Do you think its just cos of getting the 2900 points? What should I do?
I would call customer service. I got a call tonight to say that my order has been delivered to my local store for collection and I also got the 2900 points. I hope you get it sorted out.I used to have a life............................... before MSE!!

On the map it looks like a huge store, I can't wait - how sad is that, gone are the days when a weekend away meant lots of pubs, now I'm happier trying to find a bargain in Boots
m
It's a lovely big store, pressies including toys downstairs and cosmetics etc upstairs. The ss tills are upstairs. All tills give out ts, not pinkie. I've not tried using pinkie & ts on staffed tills but have used v successfully on ss tills. Main thing w ss till is to look as if you know what you are doing, not to rush and keep an eye on the smaller instructions near the bottom of the screen as that tells you what is happening. Before I realised this, I pulled my Boots card out too quickly and till jammed. Helpful SA came over and said the machine had frozen and I thought I was going to lose vouchers etc, but fortunately it then unfroze and all was OK. Have a wonderful shop!0 -
Have not been on for ages, work has taken over and too much money spent in Boots in September!
I have ripped out the various vouchers from the 'Men's Guide to Looking Good' and have some up for grabs pm if interested, I will do my best to get them out for the weekend
Are all the offers worthwhile with these vouchers? I am guessing that the FCUK bag will be the better deal what with Chrimbo and 342, but does anyone know if it's worth using any of the other vouchers and any good combos please? I have looked through the thread and have just seen info about Hydro razor - but where does the other voucher come from?

Hi, does anyone know the easiest way to get from Boots at Hull Prospect centre, to the Lush shop on Whitefriar gate?
Pm me please, I am planning a ickle shop for next week, after uni
Still off-topicSpotted this just before I went out mrsbb, but my mental satnav wasn't working
If you leave Prospect Centre's Boots at the beauty counter end (Clinique etc), take a right and keep on walking. Eventually you'll end up on Whitefriargate, but it's more or less a straight route (I think) and Princes Quay (and Primark) are to the right of that straight route, and Whitefriargate is to the left. hth.

How old is she?
Am wondering if she is old enough for piriton syrup (or some other antihistamine syrup) but think they have to be a year old.Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0 -
Hi all, I'm off to my sisters wedding for the weekend but will be back Sunday. I'm just about to finish packing so no time for update, sorry, Have fun and dont talk to much.

been to meadow hall today - have any of you upset the ss staff there by using too many mitchums? I was using ss and bought 4 mitchums and some mini mode clothes. the mini mode coupon for 20% off which was emailed to me would not scan so the sa came over and eneterd it manually but then se asked what manufacturers coupons I had used - I said that they were for my mitchum deodorants and she asked how many i had used and whether I had used the £1 ones and the £1.50 ones and I said yes - she said you cant use both and she would have to void the £1 ones off so I said thats fine. As she was doing this she said that somebody had to be removed from the store the other day as they were abusing it - so beware anyone who uses meadow hall as I got the impression that somebidy had been using shed loads!!! She had seen the mitchums in my basket and that is what made her start asking questions so I think they are looking out for it.
has anyone had any success with the mini mode 20% off coupons scanning without having to be manually entered please?0 -

Hi honey :hello:
Awh poor Jess, that's horrible having sore lips. I can't advise as none of mine have had this before - they all love bananas too.
But if one of mine had a reaction like that I would give Calpol too and plenty of drinks. If she is no better in the morning I would take her to Dr to be on safe side,
It might not be the banana though, maybe just a coincidence
Big hugs to you and Jess :kisses3:0 -
I need to go to sleep now as I'm oh so tired but one last thing - anybody that pms me from now till morning please send your address with request otherwise I won't be able to send out 1st thing.
