CL Finance put a charge on house AFTER repossession

Hi have found out that CL Finance put a charge on my property 5 months after I had left after it was repossessed.
I spoke to them the other day and they had no idea about the repossession and wanted a copy of the notice, which they now have.
Is it legal for them to put a charge on the property when we were no longer the owners but it was owned by the mortgage company? And who would now be responsible?

I would let them deal with your mortgage company over this and tell them it really has nothing to do with you anymore as the house is not yoursAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

Idiots not your problem, and if your mortgage is with main high street bank there legal department is going to be bigger than finance company's they will get told where to go !!!
